The staff were so friendly and helpful they made us feel very welcome. The location seems remote but a 10 minute walk got us to the main city square which had some stunning places to eat. The rooms themselves were great, we had adjoining rooms and the twin bedroom was very large with more than enough room. The double was quite a bit smaller but this wasn't an issue as it was somewhere to sleep. Breakfast was adequate and met our needs perfectly. Fully self service. The on street parking is fine with some car parks a little distance away. It seems there's lots of people parked there who work so there were a few cars clearing out by the time we arrived at 1700

Lovely room, but was located right next to the lift, but it wasn't overly noisy so it was good. We also were able to park right outside as we arrived late and leaving early in the morning so that was another really great plus. reception lady was very very nice, she gave me jug of milk and large tea cup when I arrived so I could make a bedtime cuppa tea bonus points :) Breakfast was small but ample.

Staff were wonderful, loved the private outdoor grounds area under the cedar trees. Staff were so attentive, brought cushions to make the seating even more comfortable while we enjoyed a an afternoon bottle of wine from their menu. Hotel location is good, breakfast was also very nice.

It can be difficult to find a hotel room that will accommodate a family of five. The room fit us in with ample room and the beds were really comfy. The reception was warm and welcoming and the hotel was clean and well presented. The garden is such a lovely bonus; offering a beautiful spot of serenity. We drove and were fortunate to find a (free) parking space just outside the hotel. We have three young children and all walked into the centre of the city without complaint(!) for dinner at a restaurant recommended by the reception staff. We really enjoyed our stay,

Needed a hotel to break up the long drive from southern France to The Netherlands and this worked out very well. It's walking distance to the center of Orleans on a quiet street, with a comfortable room overlooking an interior courtyard. And it was great (and unexpected) to be able to park for free on the street just a hundred meters from the front door.

Really nice small hotel with some cool Artwork on display by local artist that is for sale. Broke a journey from Clermont Ferrand to Rotterdam. Lovely place to stay and the staff were amazing. Ideal for the city centre and the breakfast was great too but at an an additional cost of €15.

Nice hotel at a convenient location just near the city center. Staff is nice and polite and helpfull in finding the right spots to visit. Room was also nice (5 persons family room) although no airco present. The breakfast was affordable and was good. Besides the sweaty night, the stay was great!

Really close to beautiful the beautiful old town. Really comfortable beds. Cleans. Lovely staff. Breakfast was ok if you like continental. Perfect stop over and we discovered Orléans! What a hidden gem. All in all highly recommend. We will be back xx

Fabulous location and the service was excellent. Highly recommend the breakfast which was very good value. Room, including bathroom wax generously sized and very clean. Also had a coffee maker which was a real bonus.
